Depending on the detail and size of your logo you can have this etched on the PVC plaque. A laser machine etches the logo and there is the opportunity to go rather detailed. However some logo designs are unable to be etched. In this case we recommend adding your practice name instead.

At this stage it is difficult to add individual practice logos to the illustrations and the personal inventory. This is mainly due to the printing and the quantities ordered to keep costs down. You have the option of adding the gold etched plaque on the front of the folder. This can contain your practice name or logo.

The minimum order was based on having the gold plaques made. If you wish to have the folders without this gold plaque we are able to sell them in lots of 10. 

Yes, The folders come packaged with the 10 PVC pockets, and 8 dividers already in the folder. You may wish to rearrange how the PVC Pockets are placed. I recommend placing one PVC sleeve behind each divider and 2 in the front for the life cycle illustration and the planning process flow chart. You can also place your agendas or CVP in this front pocket.

Yes, we provide a version in PDF with the typewriter function so you can give this to clients to fill in electronically. We recommended that they print a copy for the folder and also provide you an electronic copy as a back-up.
